Doug works out of his home based studio near Lake Christine in Belleville, IL.
The woodland studio provides the perfect natural backdrop for casually posed portraits.
Doug has been working professionally in photography for just a few years however he has
been a serious amateur for many years. In his first year of entering photographic
competition Doug´s print ¨Bucket ´o Buddy¨ received a Judges Choice award
as well as a merit that will apply toward his photographic Craftsman Degree
with the Professional Photographers of America.

Doug has been awarded an Emmy and received countless nominations
from the Mid-America chapter of the Academy of Television Arts and Science for his work at
Newschannel Five where he works weekdays creating commercials for area businesses.
