Arrive Early so we don't feel rushed.

Clothes: Avoid stripes and plaids. Bring solids and a wide variety of colors.
I don't have limits on outfits, so if in doubt, bring it. Also, bring your clothes on hangers to avoid wrinkles.
Long sleeves are often more pleasing in portraiture, making the face the center of attention.
The exception to the rule is when the type of clothes make a statement about who you are.
We'll start shooting in a pretty cool studio so go ahead and bring those long sleeves.

Hair: Bring any combs/brushes/spray you may need. Avoid new styles/cuts right before your session so
you don't get the fresh cut look.

Makeup: Use it / Bring it - also keep in mind if we are
outside on a warm day additional powder may help keep down an unwanted shine.

Props: Bring them. Sports equipment, prom dresses, cars, instruments. Bring them.
